The 1 Day Safari can be booked as a Day Tour or a Day Tour with an Overnight option.
These tours are offered with or without transport to the Big 5 Nature Reserve which is situated approximately 2 hours drive from Stellenbosch or Cape Town.Self drive guests are informed to depart Cape Town approximately the same time as the tour provided with transport, for these are the set times for game drives and meals served daily.
Situated under two hours drive from the city, it is the perfect African safari getaway experience. Aquila Game Reserve is a four star establishment and boasts all the features associated with an exceptional safari lodge. The reserve is a 7500 hectare conservancy in the southern Karoo, and home to the big 5 legends of the wilderness.
