Join
us for a great day of hiking, kloofing and a 65m abseil through "Thunder
Falls" We meet for breakfast and prepare for the day ahead. A leisurely walk
takes us to the rock pool where you can kloof from heights of 3 to 23 meters.
Depending on how brave you are feeling! After a healthy picnic lunch you take
on the falls and abseil 65m through the middle of a raging torrent of water!

Biking |

| You
drive to the top of the mighty Table Mountain (just below the cliffs at the base
Cable Station). We unload high performance mountain bikes and your ride starts
down some of the best trails on the mountain.
An expert mountain bike
guide will give advice on bike handling skills before heading off on two trails
on the slopes of the mountain. The first trail is a moderately technical track,
moving from jeep track to single track, the second trail is a wide track from
Devil’s Peak that will head straight back to Long Street in Cape Town. This
trail has some of the most breath taking views of Table Bay, Robben Island, Lions
Head, Table Mountain and the city bowl.
The only prerequisite is
that you have ridden a bike before. 90 % of the ride is downhill with 10 % uphill.
We provide:
High performance mountain bikes, transportation from Cape Town, helmets, water
bottles, professional guides.
You need to bring:
Sturdy shoes, sun block, sunglasses

off extreme overhanging cliffs, is a totally safe, very exciting, outdoor adventure.
The qualified abseil guides will show you what it’s all about, give you
full instructions, and then over you go. All necessary gear is provided. No experience
is required. You need walking shoes, warm clothes and a bit of courage…………
We will attempt the long drop, a 112 meter trip into oblivion.
This is the highest commercial abseil in the world, of Cape Town’s famous
Table Mountain. The views are incredible.
