- Refundable Deposit of R1200 must be available on the renters credit card
- Personal Accident Insurance - R40 per day
- Contract Fee - R40 per rental
- One-way Drop Off Fees - R400 if drop off location exceeds 150kms from original point of rental,
- Cross border one-way Drop Off Fees, from South Africa to Namibia - R3300 ( on request, subject to authorization )
- Over-border charge of R1000 if vehicles are driven into Botswana & Mozambique (Namibia, Swaziland & Lesotho no charge)
- Additional Driver - R165 per driver per rental
- Delivery & Collection - R180 within a 25km radius of Hertz location, thereafter R6.99 per km during office hours
- 08H00-17H00 weekdays. R350 - after hours, public holidays, weekends, after 17H00 and before 08H00 weekdays, thereafter R6.99
- Baby Seats @ R165 per seat per rental
- Claim Admin fee of R470 will be charged in the event of an accident and/or theft of vehicle
- Petrol Can R230
- Young Driver Surcharge - R110 per day
- Fine Handling Fee - R190
