Surfing
The Surf School takes place at the Strand Beach, Strand. This break is good for beginners as it stays shallow for a long stretch in and waves are normally not too big close to the beach. Once you get the hang of it, you can join the line-up at the back where the bigger swell hits.
You will be coached by trained and accredited surfing instructors who will help you to make the most of your first surfing experiences. Learn to surf with these Surf Lessons in a easy and relaxed way.
The hours are flexible depending on when participants can make it. All it takes is a phone call to check the weather and availability.
Each lesson is an hour long, a minimum of 3 is recommended.
Cost: 1 on 1: R200
2 – 4: R150
5 or more: R120

We have the best boards and wetsuits of all shapes and sizes to meet your surfing needs.
Rentals: R 50 per person per wetsuit per 2 hours
R 100 per person per surf board per 2 hours
Please note that it is advisable to do 2-3 lessons before hiring the equipment to surf on your own.
